So, I\u2019ve been using Saturday Skin Waterfall\nGlacier Water Cream<\/a> for the past two months to keep my skin hydrated. All\nin all it\u2019s not a bad product. But I\u2019m not wowed by it. On the plus side it is\nvery gentle for those of you like me with hyper-sensitive skin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active ingredients listed on its website are pretty friendly\nto the sensitive skin crowd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n-Cha-7 es Complex\u2122: An exclusive peptide\nformula that promotes skin’s natural regeneration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DERMATOLOGIST TESTED. NO PARABENS,\nSULFATES, SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCE OR SYNTHETIC COLOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It does nicely hydrate even my dry skin and a little bit\ngoes a long way, so the $39 price tag won\u2019t make you cringe because you\u2019ll only\nneed a tiny dab in the morning and another tiny dab each night. I\u2019ve been using\nit religiously and have barely made a dent. All in all it\u2019s a good product, but\nthere are two things about it that I personally just don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. It smells a little odd to meet, not bad, just\nmore medicinal. It IS a pretty mild smell, so it shouldn\u2019t bother most people and\nafter a few days I did get used to the smell.<\/li>
  2. It feels cold and slimy. It\u2019s a gel so for those\nof you who like a more creamy, lotion-y product that might be a turn off. I\nwasn\u2019t a huge fan of the slimy and I\u2019m still not a fan, but it\u2019s not enough of\nan issue to keep me from recommending this product.<\/li>
  3. And this is the one that really keeps me from\ngiving this moisturizer a full 5 Starts: It leaves a residue on your skin that\ngums off throughout the day. I really, REALLY don\u2019t like that. I like\nmoisturizers that absorb and leave the skin clean feeling. Saturday Skin\nWaterfall Glacier Water Cream leaves a gummy film over your skin. To meet that\u2019s\nannoying and it affects my makeup a little bit.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    So, my overall rating? 4 Stars. Which ain\u2019t too shabby! It\nis super gentle on your skin, very hydrating and a little bit goes a long way.\nIf you don\u2019t mind a gel style moisturizer and don\u2019t think residue left on your\nskin is that big of a deal this moisturizer might just be your perfect skin\ncare match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
