If you\u2019ve ever heard of lash extensions, I am sure you have\nmany questions.  What are they, how do they actually work and how would\nyou go about getting them done?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, that\u2019s where I come in. \nI am going to answer all of those questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 1 \u2013 What are they?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lash extensions are just that, an\nextension adhered to your natural lash with a special bond that adds length and\nvolume to your natural lash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 2 \u2013 How do they work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lash extensions are applied\nindividually or with clusters to your natural lash line with a special long\nterm bonding glue.  They are applied to add either length, volume or\nboth.  The glue used is a special solution that will last for a very long\ntime when cared for properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 3 \u2013 Why would I want them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lash extensions are chosen for many\ndifferent reasons.  Some women choose to have them applied prior to a\nvacation and don\u2019t want to waste their time applying and reapplying mascara or\nrisking it streaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other women choose them for everyday\nwhere to give their naturally shorter or thinner lashes some volume and\nlength.  Whatever the reason Lash Extensions are a great way to have\nfuller more becoming lashes.  They can be very natural or very\ndramatic.  It all depends on your personal style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 4 \u2013 How long will they\nlast?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With proper care and maintenance,\nLash Extensions can last indefinitely.  On average they will last anywhere\nfrom 2 to 6 weeks, but with regular fills will last for months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 5 \u2013 How do I care for them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proper care with lash extensions is\na must.  First, you do not need to apply mascara once you have false\nlashes, so go ahead and avoid applying it as you will then have to clean it out\nof them and that will wear down the bond on the glue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, avoid using makeup removers\nor cleansers on them that are oil based.  Oil will break down the glue and\ncause your lashes to fall out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third, don\u2019t sleep on them.  It\nwill break your real lashes and cause them to fall out, so make sure you don\u2019t\nface plant into your pillow each night while you sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 6 \u2013 Extensions vs False\nlashes, what\u2019s the difference?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In appearance they can be very much\nthe same, the difference however comes when you want to add life to the length\nof wear.  False lashes last for one day.  Usually no longer than\nthat.  Extensions will last for a very long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 7 \u2013 Why wouldn\u2019t I just use\nLatisse or something like that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lash Extensions will give you the long full lashes you want instantly, where as special products designed to lengthen your lashes, may or may not give you the desired results.\u00a0 Generally you waste hundreds of dollars for little to no results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
