{"id":1604,"date":"2018-09-27T00:09:58","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T00:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seattlemakeupschool.com\/Blog\/?p=1604"},"modified":"2018-09-27T00:09:58","modified_gmt":"2018-09-27T00:09:58","slug":"sleep-the-best-beauty-secret-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/seattlemakeupschool.com\/Blog\/sleep-the-best-beauty-secret-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Sleep: The Best Beauty Secret"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-493 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sacramentomakeupschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Sleeping-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I think we tend to down play the importance of a good night\u2019s sleep.\u00a0 At least until we stop sleeping!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s true, in our lives sleep becomes a nuisance or a luxury.\u00a0 We\u2019ve got jobs, school or both.\u00a0 We have kids and careers and our own personal goals.\u00a0 Sleep is even shoved out of the way so we can catch up on our favorite TV shows.\u00a0 Personally, having to sleep feels like a complete waste of time.\u00a0 I could be using that time to work, or write, or a million other useful things.\u00a0 At least it felt that way to me until I started spending long nights in a hospital waiting room with no bed in sight!<\/p>\n<p>Not only does sleep feel great after a long and busy day, it\u2019s the time in which are body repairs all the damage stress and life deals out on us.\u00a0 It is during sleep that our body heals and part of that is smoothing out all those fine lines that have us disturbed when we look into the mirror and it keeps those dark circles far, far away.<\/p>\n<p>Sleep is what keeps us mentally and emotionally grounded.\u00a0 During sleep we dream, working out the issues and worries of the day, refreshing us so we can face life fresh and raring to go.\u00a0 It also keeps us looking a helluva lot younger!<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, if all you have to do is get a good night\u2019s rest to knock a few years off your face why would you argue?\u00a0 It\u2019s a scientifically proven fact that while the body sleeps it regenerates cells and tissue.\u00a0 It\u2019s something we\u2019ve noticed in ourselves and others through the years.\u00a0 Forget the science;
