It\u2019s hard to keep your pearly whites, well, white!\u00a0 What with soda, coffee and just life.\u00a0 So here\u2019s a few tips to keep your pearlies shining!<\/p>\n

  1. Drink a glass of water after drinking your morning coffee, tea or soda.\u00a0 Doing so will keep those morning drinks from staining your teeth.<\/li>\n
  2. Eat strawberries.\u00a0 Yes, it\u2019s true, strawberries will act as a natural teeth whitener.<\/li>\n
  3. Add lemon to your water.\u00a0 The natural citric acid in lemon juice when added to your water will help keep your teeth white.\u00a0 And it adds a nice Vitamin C boost to your diet.<\/li>\n
  4. Baking Soda.\u00a0 Brushing your teeth with a paste of water and baking soda will whiten and clean your teeth.\u00a0 This tried and true method is a quick, cheap and easy way to maintain bright white teeth.<\/li>\n
  5. Change your Brush.\u00a0 Replace your tooth brush every six months.\u00a0 New brushes clean better.\u00a0 It\u2019s a simple as that.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
